請注意本協會並不保證此協議書的完善及正確性，並建議會員需自行衡量此協議書是否適用在 貴寶號之業務上。若有任何疑問，應尋求法律意見。

擬作會員福利，本協會隨函附上協議書的中英文版本，以供閣下作為內部參考。本協會希望閣下的客人會覺得此以淺白語言撰寫的協議書淺顯易明。

Dear members,

ISD is pleased to provide a SAMPLE Cash Client Agreement ("Agreement") for member's reference incorporating recent regulatory changes. The SFC had on 16 November, 2001 written to the ISD confirming that it has no objections to the Agreement, a copy of its letter is enclosed herewith for your information.

Please note that ISD does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the Agreement, members are urged to assess its suitability towards its own business and to seek legal advice when in doubt.

As a member's benefit we herewith provide the Agreement for your internal reference. We hope you will find the simple language easy to comprehend and friendly to customers.
